Just as the title of this Journal says I'm still here. I have been really busy lately sewing commissioned costume pieces for friends and Nexus LARP  which is a Live action role playing game on the gulf cost Mississippi/Louisiana. When I get decent pics of the owners wearing them  I will post them up here.
     In addition to all these commissions I'm in the process of trying to set up an Etsy store I'm finally biting the bullet and making one so I can broaden my client range and sale costuming to Geeks Everywhere!! So, be looking for that hopefully in the next few months.

So, I have been doing a lot of sewing lately but, I unfortunately haven't taken any pics of any of the stuff I've been doing. I will hopefully get some of the rest of my projects soon!
Needless to say any of my traditional art is on hold right now. Nothing else to really report on...

So I've been thinking about trying to save up to get a dress form but, I'm not sure what kind of dress form to buy   
I really can't spend over $200 for a super Mcawesome professional one, I know they can run around $500 and that is just too much to spend right now. I was thinking on the lines of a Dritz/Prym one that has dials to change sizes and stuff. I'm afraid of getting some thing crappy 'cause I have read mixed reviews online. So, any of you sewing people out there have any advice I would love to have it and would be much appreciated

I would like to discuss motivation right now...I can't help but wonder why I start out gung ho on a project and then, on most occasions, my motivation fizzles. I think I might have adult onset ADD
Is that even possible? I very much get distracted easily, especially by something shiny !
Sooo not good for work ethic. anyone can give me advice on how to stay focused?
